This toy is a birthday present for my daughter and she has yet to play with it. I do not think that this is an educational toy, although it seems to be durable at least in the package. I know she has played with one of her friends and really loves it. I’m sorry this review isn’t very good, but I was prompted to leave a review. Hope it helps! Oh yeah she is 5 going on 6 and her friends that have them all really like playing with them!

Kids saw these on tv awhile ago little did I know by Oct. they were the must have. With both my kids B-days coming and X-mas I couldn’t disappoint so I am glad (sort of) that I was able to purchase through Amazon . However I wish I was able to purchase at retail value instead of the 3x the amount I ended up paying ! Be realistic people do you really need that much profit? I only purchased 2 hamsters and that will be all . My kids are happy they have those and Santa will be bringing some of the add on pieces whatever I happen upon which I have already found casually shopping at Walmart and Toys r Us and at the retail price which is easier to stomach!
