With both my kids B-days coming and X-mas I couldn't disappoint so I am glad (sort of) that I was able to purchase through Amazon . However I wish I was able to purchase at retail value instead of the 3x the amount I ended up paying ! Be realistic people do you really need that much profit? I only purchased 2 hamsters and that will be all . My kids are happy they have those and Santa will be bringing some of the add on pieces whatever I happen upon which I have already found casually shopping at Walmart and Toys r Us and at the retail price which is easier to stomach! I do not think that this is an educational toy, although it seems to be durable at least in the package. I know she has played with one of her friends and really loves it. The levels of antimony exceed federal guidelines by nearly twice the allowable limit. I would not be surprised if these are recalled shortly. I certainly would not allow them near my kids.
