  1. The product is exactly as advertised and I give it 5 stars. But getting it was a comedy of errors. After about a week I realized that it hadn’t arrived. I inquired and was told it was on back order. Eventually I got an email telling me that it had shipped. About a week later I realized that I had not received. I checked the tracking website and found the delivery status as “Delivery Exception.” I called UPS and they said that the driver returned the package to the terminal because he didn’t know where to deliver it. Huh? The package was addressed to me at my office where UPS delivers dozens of packages every day. Turns out that the vendor used some sort of “home delivery” arm of UPS and they were not accustomed to delivering to anything but a house or apartment (!). I told them to simply take it to the dock. They said that they would have to reschedule the delivery and it would take 2-3 days. A couple of days later UPS called and said that the package would be delivered on Saturday. My office building is closed on weekends. Fortunately, UPS changed the delivery instructions and dropped it off at my house on Saturday. It all worked out, but it took a month. Again, the product was fine . . . the process was goofy. Fortunately, this was not something critical.
