    This is the best knife I have ever owned. I have a set of Chicago Cutlery knifes and this is far better than any of them. Of course it cost more than three of the others put together but it is well worth every penny. I can’t wait for the larger one to go on sale or a lighting deal, I will certainly grab it up.

    I questioned spending so much for a small pairing knife. After using it several times, I have no regrets and look forward to getting more Shun cutlery. The Alton Angle Shun is great in that it is very sharp and the angle allows you to put more precise pressure on what you are cutting. Very clever! It is also easy to clean, and the Damascus style blade is wickedly attractive!
