I bought this and am returning it after two days. It is so loud, I thought it must be broken–seriously, like an airplane taking off. It definitely keeps my children awake. I have had a more expensive Vicks product in the past and it was great.

Every night it soaks through 2-3 towels, plus it still gets the carpet wet underneath as well as things I couldn’t cover. It is also a pain to fill because it is hard to carry and move once it is full.

I purchased this product a few days ago, and have to say that I am terribly disappointed in it. It is extremely loud, there is barely any moisture that comes from the device and it just seems to be useless.

It states that the device is good for 24 hours, but after filling it once, the pan is barely half empty after 3 days.

I would not recommend this to any one. Get one of the ultrasonic ones instead. Rating: 2 / 5

In a closed room this will make the air noticably moister but only after 8+ hours. No high/low options just on and off. I’m not sure why, but I simply don’t like it much though I would if it had been half the price. Going to return and get something better.

THIS LITTLE THING DOES A GREAT JOB. IT IS VERY QUIET SO

THAT I HAVE TOO PUT MY HAND OVER THE OUTLET TOO BE SURE

IT IS ON. WE HAVE A FURNACE IN THE BASEMENT SO I PUT THE

HUMIDFIER NEXT TO A HEAT DUCT TOO MOVE THE MOISTURE

AROUND THE ROOM.THE HUMIDITY GOES UP IN A VERY SHORT

TIME & THE COMFORT LEVEL GOES UP.

THE WATER SUPPLY LASTS A LONG LONG TIME.GREAT PRODUCT.
